Business booming in Smallville

Here's some of the pictures I took of the recent activity around Smallville Business Center. Note: all of these projects have already begun construction.


A Riverside Boardwalk being constructed beside the 8-story Medicus condo-clinic. As the name suggests it will be built along the Iloilo River.





This proposed Hotel and Convention Center is located in front of the 8-storey Iloilo Business Hotel, on the lot between Emcor and MO2.



A proposed 2-storey commercial building beside Pirates / Shipwreck

Aside from these developments, there is also a Hondo Showroom being constructed along Diversion Road beside Citi Hardware.
